中文摘要:目的:应用组织多普勒(tissue Doppler imaging, TDI)应变成像技术评价无心肌梗死史的冠心病患者左心室收缩功能的变化。方法:对既往均无心肌梗死史的25例健康志愿者(对照组)和26例经冠状动脉造影证实冠心病的患者(冠心病组)进行TDI应变分析。分别得出每例研究对象的平均左心室应变峰值。结果:冠心病组和对照组的年龄、心率以及经常规超声心动图Simpson法测量的左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF)的差异均无统计意义(P>0.05),但冠心病组的平均左心室应变峰值显著低于对照组[( 42.3±9.3)% 比 ( 28.8±10.3)%,P<0.01]。结论:TDI应变峰值能敏感地反映左室功能不全的亚临床信息,有助于心血管疾病的早期诊断。
英文摘要:Objective: To assess left ventricular function in patients with coronary artery diseases who had no myocardial infarction history by strain imaging based on tissue Doppler imaging(TDI). Methods: Color coded tissue Doppler echocardiography was performed in 25 healthy subjects and 26 patients with coronary artery diseases and without myocardial infarction. The short axis views at basal, middle and apical levels were recorded. The mean peak values of strain were measured using Philips Q Lab 7.1 workshop. Results: The mean peak value in the group of coronary artery disease was significantly lower than that in the control group[( 42.3±9.3)% vs. ( 28.8±10.3)%,P<0.01], while other conventional echocardiographic parameters showed no significant difference. Conclusions: Strain imaging based on TDI can be used to assess myocardial function even when there is no obvious change in left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary artery diseases.
