中文摘要:目的:探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法:将73例围绝经期失眠患者,随机分为治疗组(n=35),对照组(n=38)。治疗组予以柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗;对照组予以口服地西泮片治疗,治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后患者睡眠障碍量表(SDRS)的评分变化。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗的总有效率分别为91.42%和68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后SDRS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后2组间比较,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生率也显著低于对照组。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗围绝经期失眠疗效确切,安全性高,值得推广应用。
英文摘要:Objective: To investigate the curative effects of Chaihujialonggumulitang decoction in women with perimenopausal insomnia. Methods:Seventy three cases of perimenopausal insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=38). Patients in the treatment group were treated with Chaihujialonggumulitang decoction and patients in the control group were treated with diazepam tablets for 4 weeks. The curative effects and the SDRS scores of both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.42% and 68.42%, respectively(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the SDRS scores in both groups significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). the SDRS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The treatment group also had less adverse effects than the control group. Conclusions: Chaihujialonggumulitang decoction has positive curative effects and high safety in treating perimenopausal insomnia.
