中文摘要:目的:探讨冰硼散-壳聚糖膜的生物相容性,为引导性牙周组织再生术提供性能优越的膜性材料。方法:制备冰硼散-壳聚糖膜,用MTS法检测其对MG-63细胞的毒性作用,研究设计分为3个组:冰硼散-壳聚糖膜组、壳聚糖膜组、空白对照组,以24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h为检测时间点。扫描电镜观察在冰硼散-壳聚糖膜和壳聚糖膜上培养1 d、3 d、5 d后的MG-63细胞形态。结果:冰硼散-壳聚糖膜组的细胞增殖与壳聚糖膜组和空白对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),冰硼散-壳聚糖膜和壳聚糖膜在各时间点的细胞毒性为1级。电镜观察结果显示各时间点复合膜和壳聚糖膜上的细胞均生长良好,形态无异常。结论:冰硼散-壳聚糖膜具有较好的生物相容性,有可能成为应用前景良好的引导牙周组织再生膜性材料。
英文摘要:Objective: To investigate biocompatibility of the Bingpeng powder-chitosan with human osteosarcoma cells in vitro. Methods: The Bingpeng powder-chitosan was preparaed with osmosis method. Human osteosarcoma cells were cultured on Bingpeng powder-chitosan, chitosan and blank control respectively.24, 48, 72, 96 hours after set up,the proliferation of the cells was examined by MTS method. 1, 3, 5 days after set up, the morphology was observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM).Results: The proliferation of the cells performed no significant difference between Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan (P>0.05). There was also no significant difference between Bingpeng powder-chitosan and blank control group. Cytotoxical grades of Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan were grade 1. SEM demonstrated that the growth and morphology of cells was normal on Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan.Conclusions: Bingpeng powder-chitosan has good biocompatibility without cytotoxic, which may be used as a perfect material for guided tissue regeneration.
